Aim
FlamingFeed's goal is to strive for quality traffic not quantity traffic for our XML partners & advertisers as per request for certain Countries. Therefore FlamingFeed has introduced a default portal to target  "all acceptance countries" (see our FAQ page for a complete list).

Partners
If you own your own search engine we can provide you with our quality xml feed. We will you pay you 95% of the feed earnings.We pull results from some of the top search engines of the world. We will even install our xml feed free of charge (provided your engine uses smartersearch script). If you are interested in pulling our feed just SIGNUP HERE and then CONTACT US (include your username and search engine url) and we will review your application within 48 business hours.

Portal Page
All affiliates must use only the portal page link provided by FlamingFeed.com, unless approval is given by FlamingFeed.info. The URL can be found in your affiliate page after you have logged in. If you do not agree with this, then please don't sign up.

Affiliate responsibilities:
01. Affiliate agrees to keep all personal information, contact and payee information up to date and accurate without fail.
02. Affiliates payee ID should not be borrowed from someone else or payee account name should not match or be shared with any other FlamingFeed affiliate.
03. Affiliate agrees not to participate in click exchange programs.
04. Affiliate agrees not to use spam, Newsgroup postings with hyperlinks, ICQ, Instant Message or the like to generate searches.
05. Any suspicious, proxy, abusive or over clicking can result in deletion or reductions of your account.
06. Targeting a specific keyword is also not allowed. People must search for what they want.
07. No incentive traffic such as Paid To Click, Paid To Search traffic, etc is allowed. Traffic from these sites is allowed as long as there is no incentive given for “searching”.
08. Any incentives sent from get paid to programs sent to your portal page link are not allowed.
09. Publicly posting derogatory, slanderous statements about FlamingFeed.com or any of FlamingFeed’s staff will result in forfeiture of all monies owed and possible account cancellation.
10. Use of any script, bot, spyder, or other computer program to generate clicks is strictly prohibited.
11. Ask anyone to perform routine searches & clicks.
12. Affiliates may not search excessively on their link or else payment will be held until further notice.
13. FlamingFeed link is prohibited to be placed on any competitor’s page.
14. Keep the affiliate account active by having earning within 30 days from the last earning day.
15. Choice of email addresses used should not bounce our emails or treating our mails as junk/spam.
16. Affiliate should be at least 50% active in order to earn from referral system.
17. At anytime Affiliate should not alter any contents of the portal. Any traffic not coming from the default portal address is considered cheating.

Affiliate Levels?
Default affiliate level is Beginner 65% This is the default level when you join.

Intermediate 75% If you have 1000 valid clicks in a month. You will automatically be upgraded to this level within a week after the previous month. If you had less than 1000 valid clicks you will be downgraded to Beginner for the next month. In other words you need to maintain about 1000 valid clicks monthly to stay on this level.

Advance 85% If you have 2500 valid clicks in a month. You will automatically be upgraded to this level within a week after the previous month. If you had less than 2500 valid clicks you will be downgraded to Intermediate for the next month or if less than 1000 valid clicks downgraded to Beginner. In other words you need to maintain about 2500 valid clicks to stay on this level.

Proxy Control
FlamingFeed has introduced new code on the portal page. Visitors on proxies will not able to view the portal page. The Ports to block is selectively picked. FlamingFeed will monitor the situation very closely. Amendments will made when it is deemed necessary to.

Other Protection
FlamingFeed has introduced into its scripts a number of click screening, filtering and limiting software to ensure accurate and cheat-free searching.

Is that possible I will not be paid?
Yes. If You have violated any terms or by use of fraudulent means to generate clicks and/or revenue. The termination of your affiliate account & loss of all earnings still apply.

Why are these arrangement made where I don't see this on other affiliate programs?
FlamingFeed feel this is vital to prevent/detect any possible damages made to FlamingFeed, FlamingFeed's partners or it's Advertisers.

Rights reserved
FlamingFeed reserved the rights to change/modify/introduce/terminate our terms and affiliate program whenever it deems necessary.
